A team of specialist therapists at home, dedicated to your well-being

Our team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and psychologists is here to help you live comfortably and confidently at home. Through a holistic and personalised approach, we aim to preserve your independence and enhance your quality of life every day.

The role of each therapist at home

Occupational therapists: assessment and practical solutions

  • Our occupational therapists support you in your daily activities, starting with an in-home assessment to better understand your needs and challenges. This first step is essential in developing practical, tailored solutions that fit your living environment.
  • Adapting your home is often the key to improving safety and ease of movement. Our therapists provide guidance on assistive equipment designed to increase independence and reduce the risk of falls. Together, we put preventive measures in place so you can continue living safely at home.
  • They also support you through rehabilitation sessions focused on everyday activities – mobility, dressing, nutrition, personal care, and social participation. You will work together on strengthening muscles, improving coordination, balance, and fine motor skills, all with the goal of maintaining or restoring your independence.

Physiotherapy at home: regaining strength and mobility

Our physiotherapists specialise in muscle strengthening and functional rehabilitation to help improve your mobility and physical strength. Each care plan is tailored to your condition and may include:

Post-surgical rehabilitation

Supporting your recovery after surgery or a medical procedure.

Fall prevention

Targeted exercises to improve balance and coordination.

Rehabilitation programmes

Personalised exercise plans designed to restore your physical abilities and maintain your independence.

With individualised follow-up, our physiotherapists support you after surgery, following a stroke, or when living with chronic conditions such as Parkinson’s disease.

We also use Axomove, an innovative self-rehabilitation platform offering over 1,200 guided video exercises. It allows you to follow a flexible, motivating rehabilitation programme at home, complementing your physiotherapy sessions. Axomove encourages active, independent recovery, with remote monitoring and personalised support throughout your journey.

Psychological support: caring for your mental well-being

Our psychologists are here to help you navigate the emotional challenges that can arise from reduced independence or chronic illness. Their role is to support your mental well-being and help you cope with feelings such as anxiety, depression, or social isolation.

They work with you on cognitive stimulation, stress management, and maintaining social connections – helping you stay engaged, build confidence, and support your cognitive functions. Their aim is to preserve your autonomy and quality of life by easing the psychological impact of your condition.
